Mike O’Connor is the Chief Financial Officer of Etico, where he oversees the firm’s finance and accounting operations, regulatory reporting, capital planning, and strategic growth initiatives. He is dedicated to building a best-in-class finance infrastructure that enhances the quality and timeliness of reporting—enabling real-time insights and data-driven decision making across the organization.

With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mike has specialized in supporting growth-oriented independent broker/dealers and RIAs. Before joining Etico, he served as CFO at Realta Wealth and CoastalOne, and as VP/Controller at Atria Wealth Solutions and Cadaret Grant.

Mike earned his degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, golfing, and cheering on Syracuse University sports.
